Yesterday I got a really good hot chocolate so I came back today and they tried to charge full price even though they didn't have chocolate drizzle or whipped cream. I probably won't be back after the manager wanted to tell me they have to get it from Walmart after I caught them not giving me anything but a basic hot chocolate. Then asked me if a refund will satisfy me. I mean of course I want my money back you took the hot chocolate back. HELLO!!!!!
